Electronic communication
An Electronic Registered Letter or ERL is a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt issued by a sender and received by the recipient in 100% digital format. An electronic registered letter is equivalent to a paper registered letter and is admissible as evidence in court if it is sent by a qualified trusted service provider, such as Tessi Documents Services. Since 2018, Tessi Documents Services has been an ANSSI-qualified service provider : https://cyber.gouv.fr/produits-services-qualifies/tessi-post-lre] for the delivery of Electronic Registered Letters.
Tracked Electronic Mail with Acknowledgement of Receipt (Courrier suivi électronique avec accusé de réception - CSE-AR) is an electronic transmission that complies with Article 43.1 of the European eIDAS Regulation No. 910/2014 of 23 July 2014 : https://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/FR/TXT/PDF/?uri=CELEX:32014R0910&from=FR]. This is 100% electronic mail and involves authentication of the sender and recipient. A CSE-AR can be used when the law does not require the use of a registered letter, but the sender wishes to ensure greater traceability of their mailing. It is not the equivalent of a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt on paper.
This is 100% electronic mail, involving authentication of the sender and recipient, and meets the requirements of French Decree No. 2020-834 of 2 July 2020. Decree No. 2020-834 of 2 July 2020 on the sending of co-ownership general meeting minutes allows the use of an electronic registered letter in the property sector: « Art. 64-2 For the application of Article 42-1 of the law of 10 July 1965, all notifications and formal notices may also be made either by electronic registered letter under the conditions set out in articles R. 53 to R. 53-4 of the French Post and Electronic Communications Code, or by means of an electronic process implemented via a qualified trusted service provider and guaranteeing the integrity of the data, security and traceability of the communications, in accordance with the conditions set out in Articles 64-5 to 64-9 ».
Tracked email (courrier suivi électronique - CSE) is a simple electronic transmission system that allows you to trace, store and prove each transmission and receipt between a sender and recipient.

The identity of the sender will only be revealed to you once we have confirmed your identity as the recipient.
