How the portal works
FACIL'iti is an innovative solution for improving digital accessibility for people with different browsing needs. Based on your selection of adapted displays, FACIL'iti offers functionalities to support several forms of visual, motor, cognitive and/or temporary needs when browsing mon-recommandé-électronique.fr
Yes. If you no longer wish to use the www.mon-recommande-electronique.fr, service, simply refuse the service's General Terms and Conditions of Use (T&C). To do this, go to your personal space, under the heading " My account ", then " Reading and Reviewing the Terms and Conditions ". Click on the "Terms and Conditions" button and then on "Refuse".
Please note: you will no longer have access to your personal area at www.mon-recommande-electronique.fr !
So be sure to download and save any electronic items you receive on another medium beforehand.
Any electronic transmission that remains pending (status notified) in your personal space at the time of rejection of the T&C will nevertheless remain binding on you in the same way as any other transmission that has not been opened.
If you have forgotten your password, simply request a password reset. To reset your personal space password, follow these steps:
  • Click on "Forgot your password?”
  • Enter your email address
  • You will then receive an email that allows you to reset your password.
  • Your new password must be sufficiently secure and not be present in public databases. In particular, it must include:
    • At least 8 characters
    • 1 upper case letter
    • 1 lower case letter
    • 1 digit
You can change your postal address, your mobile number and the language in which you want to receive your notifications by going to "My account".
All the electronic items you have received on the mon-recommandé-électronique.fr service are stored at two separate datacentres, hosted in France.
Your documents are kept by Tessi Documents Services and can be accessed at any time via your personal space during:
  • For Electronic Registered Letters : 1 year
  • For tracked emails with acknowledgement of receipt & tracked emails with acknowledgement of receipt - Real Estate sector: 1 year
  • For simple tracked email: 3 months
You can download and keep a copy of all your emails yourself.
