Receiving my mail
To collect your electronic registered letter, we need to verify your identity remotely with a level of guarantee equivalent to face-to-face. There are several methods:
- Remote identity verification via a PVID-certified route
- Use of a digital identity via France Connect +
- Use of an RGS**/eIDAS personal certificate
Once your identity has been verified, you will be able to Accept or Refuse your electronic registered letter by following the steps that will be communicated to you by email and in your personal space. click on Accept or Refuse. You will then receive a one-time code, which you will need to enter. This code is used to verify your identity and will be sent to you:
- by text message if received on a mobile device
- by voice message if received on a landline device.
If you have received an Electronic Registered Letter (ERL), you have 15 days following the first email notification sent to you.
If you have received a tracked email with acknowledgement of receipt (CSE-AR), you have 15 days following the first email notification sent to you.
If you have received a tracked email with acknowledgement of receipt - Real Estate sector (CSE-AR IMMO), you have 21 days following the first email notification sent to you.
If you have received a Tracked Email, you have xxxx days following the first email notification sent to you.
If you have received a tracked email with acknowledgement of receipt (CSE-AR), you have 15 days following the first email notification sent to you.
If you have received a tracked email with acknowledgement of receipt - Real Estate sector (CSE-AR IMMO), you have 21 days following the first email notification sent to you.
If you have received a Tracked Email, you have xxxx days following the first email notification sent to you.
Once your identity has been verified, you will have the choice of accepting or rejecting your registered letter. In the first case, you can access the email and the sender will receive an acknowledgement of receipt. Otherwise, you will not be able to consult your email and the sender will be notified of a refusal.
Your ERL will no longer be accessible and we will notify the issuer of your refusal. If the sender so requests, your letter will be sent to you by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.
You are not obliged to receive your electronic registered letter. However, if you receive it electronically, it is because you have previously given your consent to receive a registered letter online. However, you have two options:
- Refusing the ERL after carrying out an identity check
- Waiting for the deadline to pass and not receiving your ERL
Yes, if you do not receive your ERL, it can be automatically sent to you by registered post (if the sender so wishes)
Yes, it is perfectly possible to receive an electronic registered letter abroad as long as all the conditions for identification are met (well-lit room, smartphone equipped with a camera, etc.)
LWhen you receive your first electronic registered mail, you will receive 3 email notifications:
- Email containing your login details
- Email containing your login details
- Notification email informing you of the receipt of an electronic registered letter.
You can collect your ERL on behalf of your company from the recipient area. A certificate for which your identity has been verified face-to-face, a means of identification delivered face-to-face or a substantial digital identity recognised by the state is therefore necessary, not only to guarantee the substantial level of trust.
Once you have received your electronic registered mail, you can download it to your computer.
The General Terms and Conditions of Use are presented to you when you first log on to the recipient portal. They give you access to all the platform's features. If you refuse, your access rights to the portal will be terminated and you will be unable to receive and/or retrieve any electronic registered letters and/or tracked emails (with or without acknowledgement of receipt).
